We built an e-commerce system for ShoeMaker, a men's leather footwear manufacturer, bringing wholesale and retail together on a single platform. It runs in four languages, and everything from dealer applications to orders is handled from its own admin panel.

We developed a visualisation method that produces colour and material variations of a shoe from a single studio photograph. The shoe is separated into its parts, the chosen combination is carried onto the photo, and the result comes back in photographic quality within seconds.

Studio and lookbook imagery, product videos and a three-language print catalogue for a collection of 94 models. The visuals were produced without a photo shoot, through a pipeline we built on the client's existing product photographs.
