This disclosure statement has been prepared by Novexing, in its capacity as data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

Personal Data Processed
When you contact us through the contact form on our website, the following data is processed:
- Full Name — Required.
- Email address — Required.
- Phone — Optional.
- Message content — Optional.
Additionally, your IP address may be temporarily retained in server logs for security purposes (30 days).
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
- To respond to your contact requests and communicate with you
- To carry out proposal and service processes
- To ensure website security and fulfil our legal obligations
Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed pursuant to Article 5 of the KVKK, on the grounds of: being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, legitimate interest, and legal obligation.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes. It may only be shared with our technical infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, security/CDN) and legally authorised public authorities, to the extent required by the service.
Retention of Data
Contact form data is retained for 12 months and server logs for 30 days; both are deleted upon expiry.
Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
As a data subject, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties your data is transferred to, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and claim compensation for damages.
Application
You may submit requests under Article 11 of the KVKK by email to hi@novexing.com or in writing to the postal address above. Your request will be concluded within 30 days at the latest. Your application must include information to verify your identity.

This disclosure statement may be updated when necessary; the current version is published on this page.
